Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information about the organization's services, and maintaining accurate records of communication. The Caller will also follow up with prospective clients, assist with scheduling appointments, and support customer satisfaction efforts by handling feedback or concerns courteously. Building strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents, caregivers, and clients effectively
- Time management and organizational skills for accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is a plus
- Empathy and patience in dealing with parents and caregivers of children with various developmental needs
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience - minimum 1 year in tele-calling, counselling
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to parents enquiring about child development services.Receive inbound calls and provide clear, empathetic information about Miracle Minds programs.Schedule assessments / therapy appointments and maintain daily call logs.Follow up with leads regularly and update status in the CRM / Excel sheets.Explain services, pricing, slots, and general procedures to parents professionally.Coordinate with therapists, centre managers, and admin team to ensure smooth communication.Handle concerns with patience and maintain confidentiality at all times.Skills & Qualities Needed
Excellent communication skills in English + Kannada + HindiWarm, patient, and child-friendly tone while speaking with parents.Good listening skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations.Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, calling apps).Ability to maintain call discipline, follow-up consistency, and documentation.Professional attitude, punctuality, and responsibility.Other Requirements
