Job Description

• Should have good knowledge on Process and Product in sheet Metal fabrication industry
• Understand the drawings and process
• Verify / Validate the RFQ package received from customers
• Arrange clarifications from Customers if any and get quotes within customer expected dates.
• Review the quotes with CAM and provide necessary inputs to secure orders and for areas of improvement in the pricing.
• Follow up with customers for P.O and schedules, Release Sale order to SCM / NPD team
• Contract review of orders at development and production stage.
• Interaction with all plant SCM / NPD teams to get delivery dates and monitor adherence to the same.
• Timely response to customer queries and support during inspection and audits.
• Preparation of documents and reports in SAP and related soft tools
• Payment follow up and ensure no receivable falls to overdue category
• Documentation and data control of all transactions
• Preparation of sales reports for review with CAM and Management
• Achievement of sales target set by the management and for reporting CAM
• RM price tracker and price rollup for major and ongoing projects
• Good time-management skills
• Should have good Knowledge in Customer Audit , Internal Audit , Supplier Audit.
