The Seller Experience team is dedicated to elevating the experience of sellers across every interaction point with Flipkart. This includes a strong focus on delivering exceptional seller support, ensuring both satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify current efficiency gaps & define automation scope
- Develop & Drive industry-best automation solutions & efficiency improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Work closely with Product & engineering teams to define SOW & program manage deliverables
- Do value engineering of the existing processes & remove non-value adds to improve effectiveness
- Design comprehensive support process frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement in key output metrics
- End-to-end tracking of the project from Prioritization to Goodness of the project.
- Reporting & communication : Have leadership reports & review documents on the progress of the project
