We are looking for an experienced Product Design Engineering Manager to lead our mechanical design team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll mentor engineers, drive world-class product designs, and play a key part in delivering cutting-edge technology to global markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a team of talented product design and CAE engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
• Technical Guidance : Provide direction on CAE modeling, CFD / FEA challenges, and complex mechanical design decisions, ensuring robust and optimized solutions.
• Own Deliveries : Prioritize, plan, and execute engineering projects, balancing timelines, quality, and resources effectively.
• Design Excellence : Ensure products meet performance, manufacturability, cost, and quality targets, with deep expertise in DFM and advanced tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Global Collaboration : Act as the bridge between India team and HQ, aligning requirements, resolving integration issues, and driving seamless execution.
• Supplier Management : Build strong supplier partnerships, ensure optimal design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and support procurement activities.
