Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end IT service delivery for India & Bangladesh, ensuring all services meet or exceed agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Lead and develop the on-site delivery organization, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their strategies, challenges, and opportunities, and recommending innovative IT solutions such as AI-driven automation, data analytics, and enterprise integration.
Translate business needs into IT solutions, recommending technology that drives efficiency, innovation, and growth, including cloud computing, DevOps, and low-code automation platforms.
Participate in business planning cycles, providing IT input on digitalization, automation, and transformation initiatives, and championing the adoption of future-ready technologies.
Monitor, report, and optimize service performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize business disruption.
Ensure compliance with Group IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Advise on IT investment decisions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Group IT strategy.
Identify and communicate technology trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the local business environment, including advancements in machine learning, data visualization, and enterprise integration
Champion user experience, leveraging feedback (e.g., NPS) and data-driven insights to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate and coordinate with the other regions, global and regional IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of standardized and aligned cross-border and enterprise-wide services.
Support change management and adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working, with a focus on digital transformation and upskilling in future IT competencies.
Drive cost optimization by analyzing service consumption and recommending efficiency improvements.
Promote standardization and best practices across locations, reducing complexity and enhancing agility.
Lead or support local / regional IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team and business to explore new digital solutions.
