Job Description

Job Location : Pune, Maharashtra

BASIC PURPOSE :

Assistant Manager / STL – Fullstack is responsible for planning, designing and delivering high quality Web and Mobile Applications. Instrumental in understanding functional requirements, guiding teams through deliveries, profiling and improving front-end and back-end application performance, mentor team members and take end to end ownership of applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Design, build and implement performant and robust cloud platform solutions.
• Provide level of effort estimates to support planning activities.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to team.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Agile practices and processes within teams.
• Guide teams in understanding ROI, prioritizing backlog items and resolving impediments.
• Deliver high-quality, secure and cost-optimized work on time.
• Establish best practices for maintaining code quality standards.
• Support software process definition and improvement initiatives and release process working with DevOps team in CI / CD pipelines developed with Terraform and CDK as Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Awareness of system defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification, and testing activities.
• Maintain Release pipelines for upcoming deliveries.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Build and maintain Individual Development Plans for direct reports.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Manage and inspire diverse teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Enable and ensure resource utilization on high value initiatives.
