About The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Client Servicing & Event Operations The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing client relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring flawless execution of events and activations from start to finish. This role also involves business development and pitching to new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle client accounts, build strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective event & activation plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and BTL activations end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery.
• Create pitch decks, present concepts to clients, and drive business growth by onboarding new clients.
• Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, and costing for projects.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, track project progress, and manage documentation using Excel & MS PowerPoint.
