Job Summary Maximus Events is looking for a seasoned Client Servicing Lead with extensive experience in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional event solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading client servicing teams, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction across large-scale events, MICE, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (creative, production, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.
- Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Prepare post-event reports and presentations capturing impact, ROI, and learnings.
Key Requirements
8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.Preferred Qualifications
