Workday HCM Consultant

This is a remote position.

Job Description :

We’re hiring a good number of experienced Workday HCM Consultants to support ongoing Workday implementations. Candidates must be hands-on with Workday Core HCM and ideally have experience in additional modules (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

• Work on Core HCM configurations, enhancements, and optimizations
• Engage with global stakeholders to gather and translate business needs
• Deliver Workday solutions in line with best practices
• Provide ongoing support, testing, and training
