Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workday HCM Developer with 5 years of experience, located in Indore.

The Workday HCM Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday HCM solutions.

Daily tasks include developing custom reports, creating and managing integrations, and troubleshooting system issues.

Additionally, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Development : Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Workday HCM solutions.
• Integration & Reporting : Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations using Workday Studio, Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Cloud Connect, and Core Connect.
• Custom Reporting : Create and manage complex custom reports, including calculated fields and report writer, to meet business intelligence needs.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our Workday environment.
• Technical Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• System Maintenance : Perform routine system maintenance, including applying updates and patches, and ensuring data integrity.
• Configuration : Configure and optimize Workday modules to align with HR processes and :
• Proficiency in Workday HCM, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and other Workday tools.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with other HCM software and HR technology is a plus.
