Role Overview :

Assistant Project Manager role is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.

This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the project manager, design team, clients, and contractors to facilitate seamless project workflows and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for adhering to the implementation framework, ensuring effective project management for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• You will perform necessary checks to ensure that all criteria for project control and project management are met.
• You will oversee the design and site deliverables within your delegated responsibilities.
• You will support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and promoting collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• You will assist the Senior Project Manager in negotiations and coordination with vendors and business partners throughout the project's duration.
• You will also prepare formal project progress reports for both the client and the company, in alignment with established guidelines.
