Job descriptionBE / B Tech in Civil Engineering / Architect / MBA in project management is a must This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A project management professional with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry. Having relevant experience of managing corporate / workplace interior fit-out projects. Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs. Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
Location : - Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore
Designation : - Assistant Project Manager
Looking for a well experience Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.
Project Planning & Execution
- Well versed with planning tool and software.
- Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software
- To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.
- To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.
- Handling multiple projects at a time.
- Should have knowledge of BOQ
- Monitoring other project in-charge.
- Delegating work to the Project in-charges
- To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.
- To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.
- Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.
