Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Home Loans located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales of home loan products, managing a team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role entails achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients and real estate partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in home loans or mortgage products
• Strong understanding of market research and customer needs analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and procedures in the financial sector
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in the NBFC sector is advantageous
