Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Loan Against Property only, located in Warangal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of sales executives, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Loan Against Property (LAP) transactions
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Team management and leadership abilities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
