Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive NamaSys’ growth in the US market. You will connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and set up introductory virtual meetings to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client requirements
- Present NamaSys’ solutions and value propositions effectively
- Manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and drive steady closures
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication for remote client engagementConsultative selling, active listening, and needs analysis skillsProven experience in lead generation, qualification, and remote closuresTime management and self-motivation to thrive in a remote setupAbility to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and handle objectionsNegotiation, adaptability, and problem-solving abilitiesQualifications
