Job description3-4 years of SaaS sales experience in international markets 🌎 You know how to hit your targets—and ideally beat them Great at communicating in English (calls, emails, and Zooms) You've managed client accounts before (not just closed and forgotten) Comfortable working independently and owning your pipeline Experience in early-stage / startup SaaS companies = big plus Fixed pay + performance-based bonus (the more you close, the more you earn) A small, focused team where your ideas matter Lots of growth opportunities as we scale Sales tools and support to help you succeed
We're www.bitqit.com, and we're growing fast 🚀. We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive who's sold SaaS in international markets and knows how to take a lead from "Hi there" to "Let's do this!"
🌍 What you'll be doing :
- Own the full sales funnel - outreach → demo → close → upsell 💼
- Talk to international clients (mainly US, UK, etc.)
- Send those smart emails, book calls, and run high-converting demos
- Manage accounts post-sale and keep the client relationship strong
- Share feedback with the product and marketing teams so we can all get better
- Track your numbers (yes, we care about results)
