Role Description

We are seeking highly skilled Tax Seniors and Tax Managers to join our Private Client Services team (US-Canada Cross Border). This is a full-time, on-site position available in Ahmedabad, Pune, and Kochi. The role involves managing day-to-day tax compliance and advisory responsibilities while delivering specialized services to private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review US and Canadian individual income tax returns for cross-border clients.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services for expatriates, globally mobile employees, and private clients with international tax implications.
• Manage client relationships by delivering high-quality, timely, and personalized tax services.
• Research complex cross-border tax issues and provide solutions in line with compliance requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior staff on technical tax matters and client service delivery.
• Collaborate with global offices to support clients with international mobility and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable US and Canadian tax laws, regulations, and reporting & Skills
• Bachelors or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent designation preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience in US / Canada individual taxation, with exposure to cross-border tax matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of US and Canadian personal tax compliance and planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience (for Tax Manager role) with proven ability to coach and mentor team On-site opportunities available in Ahmedabad, Pune, and Kochi.
