The Opportunity :
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions). Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Manage a large team of experienced professionals with a focus on policy and strategy implementation, as well as implementing short-term operational plans
The role is the Senior Manager of the Tax COE, which will be responsible for managing the direct tax compliance in our foreign jurisdictions, as well as the tax provision for both US GAAP and local statutory filings. The work is currently performed by employees of the Controller organization and the Statutory Reporting organizations.
What We're Looking For :
NOTE : CA qualification is mandatory for this role.
Education : CA / US CPA required.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in taxation, economics, finance, law, or a related 8-10 years of professional experience in a tax accounting environment.
Experience in a multinational group environment is preferred.
