Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative, located in Mumbai. The Client Services Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as interacting with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving client issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing support related to financial services and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Basic understanding of Finance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Prior experience in a relevant field is a plus
