Hiring : Trade Processing Specialist | Funds Administration |

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM IST

Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

CTC-25K / Month-Including PF+Insurance

Please note-This is a Contract 2 Hire role with one of our reputed MNC Client for 6 months.

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our Funds Administration – Trade Processing team. This role demands technical excellence, process discipline, and the ability to deliver accurate outputs within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end management of Trade Processing and reconciliation activities.

Ensure timely postings / uploads, query resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Support migration / re-migration of funds and new business onboarding.

Drive process improvement, automation, and risk reduction initiatives.

Provide UAT testing support, MIS updates, and maintain SOPs / process notes.

Act as backup for Manager when required and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance

1–3 years’ experience in Funds Administration / Trade Processing

Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Financial Instruments & Trade Life Cycle

Familiarity with platforms like sICON, Geneva, Multifonds, Markit EDM, TLM

Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles & Reconciliation processes

Strong MS Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good to Have :

Additional industry certifications

RB usage experience

Understanding of E2E Investment Operations & A&V

Requirements
