Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs
- Source, vet and onboard (if needed) relevant partners (freelancers, agencies) from the SuperStuff ecosystem
- Develop and implement client servicing strategies to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain quality standards
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Create and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Contribute to the development of client servicing processes and best practices
Qualifications :
2-3 years of prior experience in client servicing role at a marketing agencyStrong understanding of digital marketing landscape, trends, and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partnersProven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesProficiency in project management tools and CRM systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetSkills Required
