Solution Analyst

Job Summary

• Have responsibility to expand and iterate high level architecture in to solutions that can be consumed by both IT and Business teams within a Value Stream construct
• Act as the owner of the IT Solution design and primary point of contact for multiple delivery teams
• Support the decomposition of capabilities into features to enable iterative delivery.
• Be responsible for ensuring that solution options adhere to the strategic Architecture direction for Unsecured Lending
• Manage key relationships with stakeholders across IT, Business and UK Change.
• Highly organised with an effective written communication style
• Excellent analytical skills, the ability to look at the bigger picture
• Domain knowledge of the Unsecured Product set is preferred, but not essential.
