CaptivateIQ Technical Solution Architect
Experience – 8 to 11 years
Location – Pune
We are looking for an experienced (8 years with minimum 5 years in CaptivateIQ) CaptivateIQ Consultant / Solution Architect who can design, architect, and implement scalable incentive compensation solutions. This role will focus on the technical delivery of CaptivateIQ implementations, including integrations, data modeling, performance optimization, and system governance. While business-facing team members manage stakeholder communication and plan design, this consultant will own the technical architecture, configuration, and end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and solution design for CaptivateIQ implementations.
- Translate high-level business requirements into scalable system designs and technical specifications.
- Own end-to-end configuration including plan rules, calculations, workflows, and data pipelines.
- Design and implement data integration strategies between CaptivateIQ and CRM / ERP / Payroll systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, SAP).
- Build and optimize data models, ETL workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure solution performance, scalability, and data accuracy across large and complex compensation plans.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to validate technical feasibility of compensation designs.
- Establish best practices for technical governance, version control, and deployment management.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for system issues.
- Mentor team members on technical configuration and architecture practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8 years of overall commissions experience, with 5+ years in CaptivateIQ implementations.Strong expertise in CaptivateIQ technical architecture, system setup, and data modeling.Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, data integrations, and API-based connections.Hands-on experience integrating CaptivateIQ with Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or ERP / Payroll systems.Deep understanding of incentive compensation calculation logic, crediting, and payout rules.Experience leading end-to-end implementations : design → build → test → deploy.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to performance optimization.Ability to work independently on technical delivery, collaborating with functional consultants for business alignment.
