We are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment using Siemens Teamcenter. You will play a critical role in aligning technology with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and design Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to business needs.
Lead implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure Teamcenter modules including BOM Management, Workflow, Change Management, and CAD integrations.
Integrate Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex PLM-related issues.
Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Teamcenter implementation and architecture.

Proficiency in Teamcenter modules and tools : BMIDE, ITK, SOA, AWC, RAC.

Strong programming skills in Java, C++, XML, and SQL.

Experience with CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of PLM best practices and digital thread concepts.

Certifications in Teamcenter or PLM systems.
