About the role
The Head of Risk Advisory – Member and Employer Experience (MEX), Strategy & Corporate Affairs plays a pivotal role in ensuring Cbus’ trustee and fund administration businesses operate within a robust risk and compliance framework. Reporting to the Group Head of Risk Advisory, this senior leader is responsible for delivering strategic, timely and accurate risk and compliance advice to the MEX and Strategic & Corporate Affairs business units. You will oversee the effectiveness of risk management practices, monitor risk profiles and key risk indicators and ensure alignment with Cbus’ group-wide risk appetite and compliance obligations. It involves leading a team of Risk professionals, supporting regulatory change initiatives, managing incidents and breaches and contributing to internal audit and board level reporting.
