Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Chef specializing in Maharashtrian cuisine, located in Thane. The Master Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing authentic Maharashtrian recipes, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Daily tasks include supervising kitchen staff, sourcing ingredients, crafting innovative menu items, and managing kitchen operations to meet customer satisfaction and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Maharashtrian cuisine, including traditional and contemporary recipes
• Culinary skills in menu creation, portion control, and food presentation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
• Leadership and teamwork skills to manage and mentor kitchen staff
• Relevant certification or degree in culinary arts is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in high-volume or fine dining kitchen environments is a plus
