Job descriptionAchieve and exceed regional business goals and revenue targets. Design and implement region-specific innovative strategies to drive business growth. Lead, mentor, and manage a strong team of Area Managers and Wealth RMs across the region. Drive B2B sales, focusing on onboarding businesses & channel partners to strengthen our services. Franchise & IFA Acquisition : Identify, approach, and acquire Authorized Persons (APs) and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to expand our partner network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. Build and scale the IFA Channel, providing them with the right tools, training, and support to grow their business while enabling cross-selling of third-party financial products. Collaborate with APs and IFAs to maximize sales, leverage their networks, and explore new growth opportunities. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing sub-brokers, APs, and IFAs by offering consistent engagement, training, and performance support. Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
