Junior Engineer | Site Inspection| Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our team across various locations in India. This role is crucial for the execution of assignments, coordination with team members, and ensuring quality deliverables within stipulated timelines for interior and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining construction standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance :
• Carry out physical site visits to source primary information, monitor project progress, and summarize findings.
• Oversee the civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects , including structural modifications, flooring, partitioning, and ceiling installations.
• Review work done at site and comment if all work is executed according to the approved designs and specifications .
• Evaluate the quality of craftsmanship and ensure that construction standards are maintained.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify issues related to materials or compliance.
• Verify that materials, products, and construction practices align with IGBC certification requirements .
• Documentation & Coordination :
• Review invoices or bills provided by contractors and suppliers for materials, labor, and services, along with supporting documents.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure the quality deliverable within stipulated timeline.
