We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Site Engineer with a strong background in residential building construction. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Site Supervision : Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with the management team, project manager, project engineer, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications are achieved.
• Technical Support : Follow established processes and methodologies while supporting the construction team in resolving on-site issues.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records including daily reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
• Quality Control : Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Safety Management : Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe workplace through regular training and monitoring.
