Job Overview :  A Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising construction projects on-site. They work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to

ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards,

and adheres to project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

1.  Project Execution :  Oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that they align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

2.  Quality Control :  Monitor work on-site to ensure that it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.

3.  Safety Compliance :  Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.

4.  Resource Management :  Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.

5.  Technical Support :  Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.

6.  Site Documentation :  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.

7.  Problem Solving :  Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.

8.  Client Communication :  Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

9.  Inspections :  Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications :

• Degree : BTech / BE Civil Engineering
• Experience : Fresher / Experienced
• Proficiency in construction management.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
