Key Responsibilities : Sales & BD Lead for EPC & Product
Work Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan
Reporting to : BU Head EPC
Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and BD strategies for EPC projects and MMS.
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and expansion of business with existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and technical solutions in coordination with internal engineering and proposal teams.
Business Development :
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to develop actionable strategies.Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and build brand presence.Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders – clients, consultants, contractors, and partners.Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements and ensure customer satisfaction through project lifecycle.Project Coordination :
Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of EPC projects.Support project negotiations, contract finalization, and risk assessment activities.Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and market reports to leadership.Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.Skills Required
