Job description3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights). Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). Experience with CRM integrations (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, Zapier). Expertise in workflow automation, lead lifecycle management, and data modeling. Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or TypeScript for CRM customizations. Experience with data migration, ETL, and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS). Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines & CI / CD. Strong knowledge of model-driven app development and enterprise CRM solutions. Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills. Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent). Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate. Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing & automation tools. Knowledge of lead generation, sales funnel optimization, customer journey mapping. Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be responsible for building and enhancing a lead management platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring automation, seamless integrations, and an optimized lead lifecycle. This role involves working closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent and scalable CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement lead capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows in Dynamics 365.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules to align with business processes.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate & Dynamics 365 process flows.
- Integrate CRM with external systems (marketing platforms, ERP, APIs).
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across CRM.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.
- Monitor performance and optimize for scalability and usability.
