Job Summary :

360 Degree Cloud Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, Plugins, and Custom Workflow Activities . The ideal candidate should also have strong proficiency in SSIS and / or SSRS for data integration and reporting needs. This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to deliver customized CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, customizations, and integrations.

Develop and maintain CRM plug-ins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources.

Create and manage SSRS reports and build ETL packages using SSIS for seamless data integration.

Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and entities based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of CRM applications.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.

Participate in data migration, deployment, and upgrade activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 / 365) .

Strong expertise in JavaScript

Hands-on experience developing custom plugins , workflows , and actions in Dynamics CRM.

Proficient in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and / or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) .

Solid understanding of CRM entity model, security model, and business rules.

Familiarity with source control tools like Git or Azure DevOps.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
