Key Accountabilities
- Regular reviews with all the internal and external stakeholders for service feedback.
- Co-ordination with customer / shipper / overseas / transporter / CFS.
- Shipment planning / container planning & execution as per SOP.
- Timely invoicing, submission to customer & vendor payment.
- Arrange quotation from shipping lines, CFS, Transporters, CEVA network & agents.
- Arranging follow-ups & feedback from the customers.
- Maintaining DSR.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / PG PreferredExperience
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the logistics industry in similar capacity.Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Excellent knowledge & Use of MS OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; both short-term / tactical and long-term / strategicAct as focal point for logistics related escalations and complaints and all other quality mattersAble to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities, and work under pressureWell versed with Transport Industry, Practices, EXIM, Profitability leversTo be prepared to learn all aspects of team’s work with desire and ability to provide cover and assistance on a regular basis.Comprehensive knowledge of freight forwarding by providing end to end solution.Interpersonal & Communication Skills
