Job descriptionMonitor and track all logistics operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery performance. Resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly and effectively. Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance (on-time delivery rates, delivery costs, customer satisfaction). Implement and maintain a robust logistics management system (WMS) or utilize existing systems effectively. Integrate logistics systems with other relevant systems (order management, inventory management). Explore and implement new technologies to improve logistics efficiency (route optimization software, predictive analytics). Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals (if applicable). Recruit, train, and develop logistics staff. Foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Develop and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics partners. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire delivery process. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards (safety regulations, customs regulations)

- Develop and implement the overall logistics strategy for the company, aligning with business goals and customer expectations.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Design and implement efficient transportation routes and schedules to minimize delivery times and costs.
- Oversee the selection, evaluation, and management of logistics partners (couriers, freight forwarders).
