Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore for a Senior Production Manager. The Senior Production Manager will oversee the planning, supervision, and execution of daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Interpretation & Guidance

• Thoroughly study and interpret complex manufacturing and assembly drawings (CAD / 2D).
• Translate technical requirements to the fabrication team, ensuring they clearly understand dimensions, tolerances, and assembly procedures before starting work.
• Act as the technical authority on the floor to resolve drawing ambiguities immediately.
