Senior Manager, Learning and Development
Overview
The role will be responsible to drive learning culture through strategic L&D innovative initiatives for cardiovascular portfolio of our Company The role requires having expertise in aligning strategic learning goals with organizational values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in learning. The individual should be able to efficiently implement cutting edge new learning technologies and digital learning tools. The individual should be an expert in creating modern & new ways of teaching technique. The candidate should have the ability to design and deliver the business centric learning content and program in order to support the capability building of the team. Closely work with leadership team and identifying the training need and creating the best learning solution to address present and future needs of the team is one of the requirements of the role. This role will report into the Associate Director L&D and will be based out of Mumbai.
