Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Training Sessions : Deliver comprehensive training on MIS systems, tools, and data reporting to employees across departments.
Create Training Materials : Develop and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and guides for easy understanding of MIS concepts and processes.
Monitor Progress : Evaluate the learning progress of employees and provide feedback or additional resources to improve their understanding and proficiency in MIS systems.
Support Continuous Learning : Provide ongoing support and training to employees to ensure they stay up-to-date with changes and upgrades in the MIS systems.
Customized Training : Tailor training sessions to specific departments and roles, addressing their unique needs with regard to reporting, data analysis, and system usage.
Troubleshooting & Support : Assist with basic troubleshooting of MIS-related issues and provide ongoing support as needed to users.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of all training sessions, attendance, progress, and feedback for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with IT and Data Teams : Work closely with the IT and data teams to ensure alignment between training materials and the functionality of the MIS systems.
