Service & Automation Owner , you’ll drive end-to-end service transformation using
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud , working closely with business and technology teams to design intelligent, scalable, and compliant service experiences.
What You’ll Do
Lead service transformation initiatives using
Salesforce Service Cloud
Financial Services Cloud
Design & deploy
automation workflows
using
Flow, OmniStudio, and Einstein Bots
Act as the
techno-functional bridge
between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Gather business requirements, define user stories, and manage product backlogs
Champion
AI-driven tools
and
automation-first initiatives
to enhance service operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery
Continuously monitor, measure, and optimize service processes
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
MBA (mandatory)
3–5 years
of hands-on Salesforce experience, including
3+ years in Service Cloud
BFSI domain experience is a must ; Wealth Management exposure preferred
⚙️ Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation (Flow, OmniStudio, Einstein / Agentforce)
Experience in Dialer integration (e.g., Genesys) is a plus
Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and agile delivery skills
