Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Salesforce Automation Tester with 5+ years of total experience to join our team in a PAN India Remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both Manual and Automation Testing, with a focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce CRM platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks utilizing Java and Selenium for critical Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Execution :

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive Manual and Automation Test Cases for all functional and non-functional requirements within the Salesforce platform.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across various Salesforce Clouds and custom components.

Automation Development (Minimum 3 Years Experience) :

Develop and maintain robust, scalable automation scripts using Java as the primary programming language.

Utilize Selenium WebDriver for UI automation, integrating with frameworks like TestNG for execution management and reporting.

Implement Cucumber (Gherkin syntax) for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to create clear, collaborative feature files.

Manage project dependencies and build artifacts using Maven.

Salesforce Expertise :

Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on testing experience within the Salesforce CRM application.

Specific experience testing core functionalities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

Tools and CI / CD :

Manage and track test cases, defects, and overall testing progress using a Test Management Tool.

Utilize and maintain proficiency with source code control systems, with GIT being preferable, for managing automation code repositories.

Work effectively within an Agile development environment, leveraging the JIRA tool for task management, defect logging, and sprint planning.

Collaboration :

Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand application changes and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Qualifications :

Total Experience : 5+ years in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.

Automation Experience : Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

Core Technical Stack :

Expertise in Java programming for automation scripting.

Strong practical experience with Selenium WebDriver.

Proficiency with TestNG (framework and reporting) and Maven (build automation).

Working knowledge of Cucumber for BDD test case definition.

Salesforce Domain : Proven knowledge and testing experience in the Salesforce CRM application across key clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).

Process and Tools :

Experience using a Test Management Tool (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail, ALM).

Familiarity with source code control (GIT is preferred).

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with JIRA.
