As a Service & Automation Owner, you’ll drive end-to-end service transformation using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, working closely with business and technology teams to design intelligent, scalable, and compliant service experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
MBA (mandatory)
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in Service Cloud
BFSI domain experience is a must; Wealth Management exposure preferred
Experience in Dialer integration (e.g., Genesys) is a plus
Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and agile delivery skills
