Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. You will be the face of the agency for key brand accountsresponsible for smooth execution, strong client relationships, and impactful results from brief to billing.
Key Management
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Decode client briefs, set clear expectations, and align all stakeholders.
- Conduct proactive updates, weekly reviews, and ensure client satisfaction.
Campaign Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns : shortlisting, outreach, contracting, coordination, monitoring, approvals, and publishing.Collaborate with creators, internal creative teams, and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.Maintain accurate trackers, timelines, budgets, and documentation.Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
Develop influencer and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.Identify potential challenges early and implement quick corrective actions.Deliver data-backed insights and detailed post-campaign performance reports.Ownership & Proactiveness
Take complete ownership of assigned accountsensuring flawless execution.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or optimizing processes.Enhance influencer selection, pricing strategies, and project timelines for better efficiency.What Were Looking For
23 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital campaign management.Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and brand portfolios simultaneously.Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms / tools.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly organized, accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Good to Have
Prior agency experience managing lifestyle, beauty, D2C, or FMCG brands.Familiarity with influencer platforms like One Impression, Winkl, Plixxo, etc.Ability to create campaign brief decks and guide content direction.Why Join Boomlet Media?
