Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Performance Marketing : Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Social Media & Content Marketing : Drive engagement and reach across platforms through creative content, reels, videos, blogs, and influencer collaborations.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Brand Awareness & Online Reputation : Strengthen brand presence and monitor online reputation across digital channels.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing : Build customer engagement and retention strategies through personalized campaigns.
- Website Optimization & E-commerce Marketing : Enhance user experience, conversion rates, and sales performance on digital platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
- Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while collaborating with design, sales, and product teams.
Qualifications & Skills
10 –14 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing .Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email & WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing, and analytics .Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush .Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
