The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Chrome plated fittings and Sanitaryware product line. The role will drive product launches, market penetration, and brand visibility to establish Watertec as a strong player in the sanitaryware industry.
1. Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the CP Sanitaryware relaunch.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify positioning opportunities.
- Align product marketing roadmap with business goals and sales targets.
2. Product Management
Define product value propositions, pricing, and differentiation strategies.Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure market-relevant product offerings.Plan and execute product lifecycle management – from launch to sustainment.3. Branding & Communication
Build strong brand recall for Watertec CP Sanitaryware through integrated marketing campaigns.Drive product storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.Develop marketing collaterals (catalogues, brochures, videos, POS material) aligned with brand identity.4. Sales Enablement & Channel Support
Partner with sales teams to design channel programs, trade promotions, and distributor engagement strategies.Create training modules and product knowledge sessions for sales partners and channel teams.Monitor field performance and support sales teams with marketing initiatives.5. Market Development
Identify new customer segments and geographic opportunities.Plan and execute influencer engagement programs (architects, interior designers, plumbers, dealers).Lead participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer outreach programs.6. Performance Measurement
Track ROI on campaigns, product launches, and market penetration strategies.Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for decision-making.Key Skills & Competencies

MBA in Marketing / Business Management (preferred).6–10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in sanitaryware, building materials, or consumer durables.Proven success in launching or relaunching product categories in competitive markets.Experience in channel / distributor-driven businesses is desirable.
