• Experience : 8+ years
• Qualified CA & CS (both mandatory)
• 8+ years of relevant experience (mix of consulting + B2C / startups preferred)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication abilities
• Work closely with senior management in a fast-growing, creative industry
• Blend of strategic exposure and operational ownership
