Job Purpose :

• The India Compliance Manager will lead the compliance function for all entities in India, including any other assigned territories.
• The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, adapting, and monitoring the compliance and ethics program to ensure that business operations adhere to the companys Code of Conduct, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies.
• This position is critical in fostering a culture of integrity, workplace respect, and ethical behavior, while effectively managing compliance risks and ensuring strong program implementation.
• The role requires close collaboration with regional and global compliance teams, senior management, and functional leaders to drive a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
