This is regarding opening with a leading Investment Advisory Firm as an AVP / VP- Compliance category 3

Designation : AVP / VP- Compliance category III

Experience : 6 to 15 years of work experience in Compliances, Operations and Accounts of AIF 3 and the Investment

Location : Mumbai / Gurgaon

Job Role :

Finance & Accounts (Indian Entity)

Manage accounts, billing, audit, invoices, taxes, salary processing, banking, and treasury operations with support from external vendors.
Prior exposure to transfer pricing and POEM (Place of Effective Management) will be an added advantage.

Compliance & Governance (Indian Entity)

Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances, board resolutions, and audits in coordination with external vendors.

AIF (Category III) Management

Oversee all regulatory compliances and audits of AIF III.

Liaise with administrators for subscriptions, redemptions, and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth functioning of AIF III.

Investment Advisory (RIA)

Ensure compliance of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) entity with support from external vendors.

AIF III Operations

Perform shadow accounting and reconciliation of NAVs.

Manage trades and oversee the entire trade cycle of AIF III with support from administrators / external vendors (noting that trading activity is limited).

Coordinate with administrators for processing subscriptions and redemptions.
