Seeking Senior / Lead ServiceNow QA / Tester with Business Analyst experience in a Workday HR around Colleague experience for our healthcare client.

Location : Remote from India

Duration : Long term

Start : Immediate (must be available to start within 2 weeks)

Qualifications :

• Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
• Strong understanding of Workday HR.
• Colleague experience : Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience. The "Colleague" environment emphasizes the employee journey and self-service capabilities.
• Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• End-to-end testing : Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise application
• Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
• Workflow automation : Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
• Performance testing : Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
• Regression testing : Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
