Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Flows Developer to lead the design and implementation of automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, particularly within HRSD and Employee Centre PRO , with a focus on building scalable, efficient, and secure automation solutions across ITSM and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and Implement Employee Flows using Flow Designer, journey Accelerator, and Employee Center Pro
  • Lead the development of ServiceNow Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub spokes.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end automation across ServiceNow modules ( ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including HRSD , Case Management and Life Cycle Events .
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, catalog items, and flow actions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, JDBC, and MID Server .
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong expertise in HRSD , CSM , Employee Center , and Employee Flows .
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and Scoped Applications.
  • Proven track record of successful integrations with external systems.
  • ServiceNow certifications ( CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM or App Engine ) preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, or AI Search.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and Git integration.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Soft Skills :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.
