Team Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Summary :

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of web development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead frontend, UX / UI, and full stack web development teams to implement solutions that meet both user and business needs.
• Drive the integration and optimization of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) tools like Heap and Whatfix for client websites and applications.
• Take ownership of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and monitoring of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise project documentation and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and UX design.
